Yoga for Mental Wellbeing
This session offers tools to bring balance to the body and mind for a holistic experience of inner wellbeing. The practices offered include:
- Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
- Miracle of Mind Meditation: A 7-minute guided meditation empowering you to take charge of your mental wellbeing. Daily practice brings health, dynamism, peace and well being.
