Throughout the sessions we will discuss and explore:

  • Why some of us suppress/numb/deny our emotions
  • The value of understanding and expressing emotions
  • The emotions cycle
  • Developing self awareness
  • Using emotions as a catalyst for growth and inner transformation.

FIRST SESSION (21/06/23) --> Informal open discussion and introduction to emotions, exploring what we find hardest about emotions and sharing some personal examples and difficulties.
