Your Life's Plan

Hi Everyone... and a special welcome if you've joined us in the last week.

I have made some changes to the visualisation classes and are offering them now on a monthly basis rather than weekly. Also, each class will be 1-1/2 hour in length instead of just the 1 hour we had previously. There will be a workshop component as part of most classes, but the main ingredient is still creative visualisation because it is within each of us that the framework of our daily lives is forged.

Next class is loosely based on the book: "Your Soul's Plan" by Robert Schwarts and focusses on these two premises:

1. that life is consciousness - independent of the body, and

2. that you (consciousness) have a purpose for being here.

The "you" that is consciousness, we can call you Soul, is spiritual in nature. Soul (your spiritual self) uses all the faculties we are familiar with: the physical body, the emotions, the mind and the sub-conscious to express and fulfil your purpose while incarnated in this world, this life.

So by looking at our life's challenges and triumphs, we can discover a lot about Soul's plan and purpose - doesn't that sound exciting?

After our usual heart-opening visualisation, we will move into a workshop activity to discover some individual patterns of learning that shape our lives. The class will culminate in a creative visualisation and contemplation to explore our pre-birth plan agreement.

You will get a copy of the exercises so you can continue to work on this at home and in your night-time dreams.
