✨ **„Emotional Detox through Tantric-Tao Bodywork“ – Ein transformierender Workshop für Körper und Geist)** ✨
Stell dir vor, du tauchst für sieben Tage in eine heilsame Oase ein – umgeben von der Natur, fernab vom Lärm des Alltags. Dieser Workshop, der seinen Ursprung in London hat und nun zum dritten mal in Deutschland stattfindet, lädt dich ein, tief in dein Inneres einzutauchen und alte Lasten loszulassen, die du vielleicht schon viel zu lange mit dir herumträgst.

🌿 **Dein Körper spricht – und wir hören ihm zu.**
In diesem Retreat lernst du fernöstliche Ganzkörpermassage-Techniken kennen die dir helfen alte emotionale Blockaden und im Körper gespeicherte Traumata zu lösen. Diese können oft unbewusst unseren Energiefluss hemmen und uns daran hindern frei lebendig und im Einklang mit uns selbst zu sein.

💫 **Was passiert wenn du Blockaden löst?**
Wenn deine Lebensenergie (Kundalini/Prana) wieder ins Fließen kommt kannst du:

Alles darf da sein um dich auf deinem Weg der Heilung und persönlichen (spirituellen) Weiterentwicklung zu unterstützen.

👕 **Ein geschützter Rahmen für alle**
Während des Retreats bleiben alle Teilnehmenden bekleidet, auch bei den Übungen und Massagen. So kannst du dich vollständig auf deine Erfahrungen konzentrieren und dich dabei sicher fühlen. Vor jeder Übung werden die eigenen Grenzen besprochen.

🌍 **Erfahrene Leitung für ein einzigartiges Erlebnis**
Das Retreat wird von **Martina** und **Ricardo** angeleitet, welche seit 2022 teil von Tantric Journey sind. **Mal Weeraratne** aus Sri Lanka, ein Experte in den Gebieten Tantra- und Tao- Körperarbeit, wird als Supervisor das Retreat begleiten.
Das Retreat findet auf Englisch statt – bei Bedarf helfen Martina und Ricardo gern mit Übersetzungen.

📍 **Ort und Unterbringung:** Rosenwaldhof in Brandenburg, ca. 1h mit Auto oder Bahn von Berlin entfernt
Die Unterbringung sowie die Vollverpflegung (Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen, Wasser und Tee – alles in **Bio Qualität**, vegetarisch, mit veganen Optionen auf Anfrage) werden direkt über den Rosenwaldhof organisiert.

Imagine immersing yourself in a healing sanctuary for seven days – surrounded by the serene nature, far from the noise of daily life. This retreat, originally created in London and now being offered for the third time in Germany, invites you to dive deep within and release old burdens that you may have been carrying for far too long.

🌿 **Your body speaks – and we listen.**
In this retreat, you will learn Eastern full-body massage techniques that help release emotional blockages and trauma stored in the body. These can often unconsciously hinder your energy flow and prevent you from feeling free, vibrant, and in harmony with yourself.

💫 **What happens when you release blockages?**
When your life force energy (Kundalini/Prana) begins to flow freely again, you can:

* Feel renewed lightness and vitality,
* Experience deep joy and creative energy,
* Find a “Yes” to yourself and to life,
* And perhaps even have a spiritual experience that can transform your life.

🤲 **A space for all emotions – from fear to ecstasy**

The retreat will be led by Martina and Ricardo, newly assigned teachers of Tantric Journey. **Mal Weeraratne** from Sri Lanka, an expert in Tantra and Tao bodywork, will be superwising this retreat.
The retreat is conducted in **English** – Martina and Ricardo will be happy to assist with translations in German if needed.

📍 **Location and Accommodation :** Rosenwaldhof, Brandenburg, about 1h by car or train from Berlin
Accommodation and full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, water and tea, **100% organic**, vegetarian, with vegan options available upon request) can be booked directly through Rosenwaldhof.
