You are warmly invited to the first shamanic drumming session of the year, a sacred space to reset, cleanse, and realign your energy.

Through the rhythmic power of shamanic drumming, we will gently guide the nervous system into a meditative state, allowing the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and the spirit to come back into harmony.

This session is dedicated to:
✨Balancing and aligning the chakras
✨Cleansing and strengthening the aura
✨Releasing emotional and energetic stagnation
✨Creating a peaceful state of mind, body, and spirit
✨Setting an intentional, energetic tone for the year ahead
✨No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to receive.
