Lie comfortably on a mat and allow the rhythm of the drum to guide you inward.

20:10 · Integration & Closing — 20 min
Grounding, sharing, connection and conscious closing together.

No previous experience with shamanic practices, meditation or astrology is required. Wear comfortable clothing and come exactly as you are. Sharing is always optional.
