What we’re about
A group with different activities done in circle, primarily Family and Systemic Constellations, which is most useful for healing, self discovery and complex problem solving. I will also incorporate a technique called Systemic Ritual, which is a blend of traditional Family Constellations and Shamanic ritual. Circles meet for healing, for gathering, for learning and for community. The primary intentions of this group are for personal growth and healing, spiritual development and self discovery. This group is fitting for anyone seeking one or all of the three.

•OnlineFoundations & Philosophy of Family Constellations Course
OnlineThis is a course on the foundation and philosophy of Family Constellation work, giving insights into the systemic approach and the systemic lens. The systemic view sees beyond the self and considers the interconnections between parts (family members in a family system for example) as not just relevant, incredibly important for understanding our own lives.
This course is an introduction to Family Constellations for individuals or anyone interested in the professional path. This is Step 1 for those who would want to go on to the Facilitator track and train as a professional.
Tuesdays, November 11 to December 16

Time: 6 weeks - total of 15 hours
This course will include both the theory and foundational knowledge of Family Constellation work as well as experiential exercises.
- WEEK 1: Constellations in Service to Life: The Systemic Approach and Laws of Systems, the Ancestor Field & Intergenerational Trauma, the Family Soul, the Knowing Field & Phenomenology
- WEEK 2: Orders of Love – Inclusion, Hierarchy, & Balance: Acknowledging what Is, the Laws of a (Family) System, Recognizing the Orders in our Lives, Love & the Flow of Love
- WEEK 3: Belonging, Loyalty & Entanglements : Conscience - Personal & Systemic, Issues of Guilt & Innocence in Constellation work, Patterns and how to recognize entanglements, Children vs. Adults, Blind love vs. Conscious love, Forgiveness & Atonement
- WEEK 4: The Feminine Legacy (our feminine lineage and feminine side): Mother – gives life, Attachment theory & Relationships (as mirrors), Recognizing issues related to mother in our lives, Why mother is the ongoing constellation
- WEEK 5: The Masculine Legacy (our masculine lineage and masculine side): Father – gives the tools for life, Professional life, money, who we are in the world, Recognizing issues related to father in our lives
- WEEK 6: Full Circle - Constellations in Service to Life: Family of Origin vs. Family today, Common Family Roles & the Systemic View, Fate & Destiny, Breaking patterns for Freedom & Authenticity, the Spiritual Conscience and a Constellation demonstration (If time doesn't allow due to a lot of questions on the theory, you'll be invited at no cost to attend a Constellation Circle as a Space Holder.)

OnlineThe Wheel of the Four Directions is a variation of the traditional medicine wheel that has been used for centuries by many cultures around the world. Medicine wheels are believed to represent the circle of awareness of the individual self and the circle of knowledge that provides the power we each have over our own lives. Working with a medicine wheel expands your perception, to the view that each direction gives, and it provides resources from each direction that can be called upon at any time.
The Level 1 course “Meet the Wheel and the Four Directions,” is an integrative class as other approaches in addition to ritual will be included, including art therapy and constellations.
Course Objectives: During this five-part course, you will:
- learn the principles of each direction and your relation to each one
- learn and practice supporting principles to ritual, including prayer, intention, building an altar and how to open and close the directions
- learn and experience a variety of rituals with the Wheel for you and for groups, giving you a toolbox of rituals to use
- understand and apply the workings of the Wheel, including how the directions are connected and how to move around the circle/Wheel to benefit your intention during rituals
- have your own encounter with Spirit and with your support team (Spirit guides/Support team)
*After each module you will receive a PowerPoint of all the rituals learned.
Who is this course for? This course is for participants who have little to no knowledge of the Wheel, or participants who have experienced the Wheel but would like to deepen their knowledge and understanding. Basic knowledge of the Wheel is needed for later Wheel and Systemic Ritual courses. (Level 2 - starting early 2025)
What types of activities will be included?
This introductory course includes rituals with the Wheel, but not only that. As the basis of this course is to deepen your knowledge and experience with the directions themselves, in addition ritual we will do mini constellations, use art and do some group exercises in addition to meeting the directions.
What do I need for the course?
-A Wheel of the Four Directions
*A printable version is available for download, or a cloth version with pocket is available for purchase - see pictures.
-A notebook and pen/pencil for reflections
-20 to 30 small objects, including stones, crystals, shells, runes, coins, or candies/chocolates
-A drum, rattle or other instrument to use during rituals
-A big sheet of blank white paper with either colored pencils or paints
Schedule: Each session will be held on a Monday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm Central European Standard time (CEST)

OnlineA constellation is a means for accessing the family connections you hold within that link the past to the present and the present to the future. It's a method to find the origin of the problems we face today such as repeated patterns, blockages, relationship difficulties or health concerns, to name a few, and has the power to reveal hidden dynamics not visible to the normal eye. Then a healing exchange takes place and steps are taken to free you from the past and put you on a road to freedom, understanding and authenticity for your future.
Sunday, December 14th: During the monthly online Circle, we will start with an opening meditation to connect with our roots and ancestry, and then there will time for 3 constellations on any subject. This is an open Circle for anyone, on any subject.
