We'd love to welcome you to our monthly Crystal healing meditation session. Join us on the 1st Monday of every month for an immersive and relaxing experience.

Whether you're a seasoned crystal lover or completely new to the concept of chakras, our group welcomes everyone seeking a peaceful evening. As an experienced crystal healer, I'll be leading this session, aiming to help you start the week feeling rejuvenated and empowered to be the best version of yourself.

Each monthly session, we focus on one Chakra, this month will be the Third Eye Chakra. We'll begin with an introduction to crystal healing and meditation, where I'll delve into the Third Eye Chakras' impact on our lives and how its alignment can affect us. You'll have the chance to reflect on how this chakra has influenced your life, identify energies and situations you'd like to release, and set intentions for positive experiences you wish to welcome into your life. You can jot down your thoughts on a piece of paper (or bring your own notebook) to either keep to yourself or discuss with the group if you feel comfortable.

Next, you'll have the opportunity to choose a crystal related to the third Eye Chakra, which I will provide. I'll then guide the group through a soothing circle meditation to align your chakras. You can sit back, close your eyes, and let the healing energy of the crystal and my words wash over you.

Following the meditation, we'll discuss ways to carry the newfound energy and relaxation into the coming week. I'll share tools and practices that you can incorporate into your life for sustained healing and personal growth.

Our gatherings will take place within the lovely Quakers' meeting house. We will be in the Margaret Kemp room, our discussions will unfold in an environment designed to nurture both your mind and spirit. It's important to note that while we utilize the Quakers' space, our circle remains an independent entity, unaffiliated with any specific religious group.
