About us
### Inner Light offers gentle, online spaces to slow down and reconnect through creativity, reflection, and simple, practical tools grounded in neuroscience. The workshops are aimed towards adults experiencing stress, anxiety, chronic pain (including fibromyalgia), autism or neurodivergence.
Through Inner Light, I offer online 1:1 sessions and online small-group workshops combining creative expression (drawing, painting, collage), mindfulness meditation, and brief therapy-based tools such as ACT and EFT. Each workshop explores themes related to well-being, self-understanding, and everyday challenges.
All sessions take place online, in a small, non-judgmental group, with a focus on simplicity, accessibility, and real-life application.

Create & Relax – A Gentle Online Art Workshop for Stress & Anxiety

No experience needed.Just a simple, welcoming environment to paint, draw, color, or collage at your own pace, without judgment.
Includes a short optional mindfulness and exercise and a creative theme to get started.
### Who is it for?
For anyone experiencing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or neurodivergence (including autism), who would like to:
- engage in a gentle, creative well-being activity from the comfort of their home
- reduce isolation and share a simple, judgment-free moment in a small, supportive group (tea welcome ☕)
- explore new perspectives and deepen self-understanding
- practice mindfulness meditation (short optional exercise at the beginning)
