Hello good people of Charlotte,
I’m hosting a free event next week that is supportive to anyone looking to learn more about how to navigate their emotions and focus the mind on what's important and meaningful to them. Why would that matter you might ask? Because our emotions essentially define the experience we are having...which then translates to the actions we take, ultimately leading to the outcomes and results we have.
Do you ever feel so caught up in the "doingness" of life that you realize you're not that present with whatever it is you are engaged with--and instead what you are present to is just a generalized sense of overwhelm and lack of fulfillment? It happens to me too, but I am learning how to leverage emotions and thought strategies consciously so that I can create a different experience moving forward. There’s so much in the world we cannot control, but what we can control, is how we choose to respond to what’s happening. Being aware that we have that choice to respond is something that can be trained. I would love to show you how.

In each of the 3 one-hour sessions we’ll engage in thought strategies and techniques to learn about the dynamic interplay between our emotions, thoughts and nervous system—and how training them gives us access to new mindsets and possibilities. I am eager to share this opportunity with anyone who wants to learn, feel empowered and evolve beyond where they are at!
