Join our Inner Pause Circle - a safe space for connection, belonging and community. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mindfulness practitioner, join us for a moment of pause.

This is a monthly event where we focus on the In-Breath. The In-Breath is about inhaling, taking in, checking in with Self, receiving nourishment.

Through mindfulness practices and self-exploration, we delve into the mind-body connection using mindful movement, guided meditation and creative self-expression.

Come as you are and leave refreshed.
