Join our Inner Pause Circle - a safe space for connection, belonging and community. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mindfulness practitioner, join us for a morning of pause.
The morning will include a meditation practice, mindful movement, followed by some reflection and expression. We will also use music and storytelling as part of a holistic practice of coming back to ourselves.
This morning, set aside for reconnection, is our way of living out our commitment to ourselves.
