Join our Inner Pause Circle - a safe space for connection, belonging and community. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mindfulness practitioner, join us for a moment of pause.

This is a monthly event where we focus on the Out-breath. The Out-Breath is about exhaling, releasing, expressing, relating to the Other and the whole.

Through mindfulness practices and self-exploration, we explore the mind-body connection through mindful movement, guided meditation, and creative self-expression.
