Sonic Journey Through Sound
Come experience a somatic journey where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being — a multidimensional soundscape, richer and more textured than a traditional sound bath. Vivek guides each session with over 40 handcrafted singing bowls, layered with binaural beats to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Participants leave feeling settled in the body and quiet in the mind.

Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided.

This event is open to all levels—whether you’re a seasoned mindfulness enthusiast, exploring a novel path to relaxation, or simply seeking stress relief.
