Inner Peace Club is a gentle, guided session designed to help you release stress, restore your energy, and reconnect with calm and clarity. Each gathering includes simple breathwork, movements, meditation, and moments of stillness to support your nervous system and help you feel more grounded and centered.
This is not an intense workout and no experience is needed. The practices are accessible to all levels and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace. You can come as you are, tired, stressed, curious, or simply needing a moment to breathe.
You may leave feeling more relaxed, clear, and recharged, with simple tools you can use in your daily life whenever you need to reset.

  • A yoga mat or comfortable surface
