What we’re about
Hi, I'm Nadine!
My mission is to be a supportive guide for others on their inner revolution towards greater authenticity and a deeper sense of self. I love to create spaces where folks can slow down, develop more capacity and safety to be in their body, slowly taking of their masks and conditioning and step into their authenticity, cultivating a deeper connection with themselves and with others.
Whether you’re shy, outgoing, silent, or bold— or a little bit of everything — a yogi master or a curious beginner into the world of embodiment - this is a space where all of you is welcome!

Embodied Intimacy - A Queer Date Night for Deeper Connection
Do you and your partner or lover crave a deeper connection, more meaningful convos, and a fresh spark of intimacy?
Join us for a cozy, guided date night designed to bring you closer physically, emotionally, and energetically!
This evening is all about slowing down, dropping into presence, and exploring new ways of relating.
Expect coziness, laughter & a deeper sense of understanding and connection with your loved one. <3Through gentle, yet playful, embodied practices, we’ll explore:
· Creating Shared Presence – Finding ways to become more present with each other.
· Connecting Without Words – Discover ways to connect beyond conversation—using body language, touch, and presence.
· Deeper Relating – Strengthen how you share, listen, and understand each other.
· Holding Space for Each Other – Learn how to truly witness each other.
· Playful Exploring – Connect without an agenda and enjoy each other in the moment. This experience is open to all queer couples, no matter your experience level or sexual orientation.
Not in a romantic partnership? You’re welcome to bring a friend, partner, or anyone you’d like to share this journey with. This is a non-sexual, fully clothed experience.“Am I queer enough to join?”
Some people define queerness strictly in terms of being LGBTQ+. For me, being queer means challenging the norms and choosing your own path, beyond society’s expectations. If you’re questioning, resisting labels, or just figuring things out — you belong here too!Tickets

You’ll find the studio in the second backyard. (all the way in the back!) Take the outdoor metal stairs up to the blue front door of the building. The studio is located on the 5th floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator, so you’ll have to be able to walk up and down the stairs.A safe(r) space:
Authenticity and Self-agency are the pillars of this space.
Everything I offer is optional and the practice will be gently guided, suitable for beginners as well as for more advanced workshop visitors. I am trauma-sensitive and will always have an assistant to serve as extra support in the space. There will be no extreme loud sounds or bright lights and there are always opportunities to withdraw, either in the ‘chill out corner’ (including my favorite stuffed animal) or outside of the practice room.Diversity & Values
Everyone is wholeheartedly embraced as they are! We value diversity and learning from each other. We are committed to recognizing and addressing biases, such as racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, homophobia, and transphobia. Please note that this is a queer space.

Hi, I’m Nadine (they/she)
I’m a Berlin-based Integrative Coach and Facilitator, deeply passionate about helping people de-pathologize their inner worlds and (re-)connect with their authenticity. My work centers on cultivating radical compassion and curiosity, guiding individuals out of survival mode and into spaces of genuine connection and growth. I like to think of my workshops as ‘adult playgrounds’—places where we can practice authenticity and healing in a safe, experimental space before stepping into the challenges of the ‘real world. As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person who has faced PTSD, domestic abuse, and addiction, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking taboos and transforming shame into strength. I blend vulnerability, humor, and a playful approach to tackle difficult topics, creating a safe, supportive space for deep emotional engagement and transformative growth.

Join us for this monthly Queer Addiction Circle - An online gathering where we come together to learn how to feel safer.
Suffering from addiction often feels isolating, lonely and hopeless. Finding help can be challenging and many approaches are pathologizing and inherently shaming. This ends up creating more isolation and more challenges to get out of these vicious cycles.I’d like to invite you to an informal gathering, where we will mindfully approach our experiences with addiction in from a non-pathologizing perspective, developing more curiosity and compassion for our inner world. Addiction is automatic and compulsive. With mindfulness and self-awareness we can set the tone for the change we want in our lives. With these gatherings I hope to offer you a space where all of you is welcome, a space where you are not judged but seen with loving-kindness.
This meeting will not focus on just one specific addiction and therefore all addictions, from substances to porn, to social media, love addiction and more, are welcome! What to expect:
- Short teachings on addiction from an un-shaming perspective.
- Self-awareness practice; can be gentle meditation, somatic practice or journaling.
- Sharing: opportunity to express your thoughts and feelings and be a witness for others.
Important!
This is no substitute for therapy, nor is this meant for people in crisis.
If you are in crisis, please find help here. How to join

Coming home – A Queer Workshop on Self-Discovery through Connection
What would it be like to truly feel at home within your own being?
To adore your preferences, appreciate the way you move, speak, and think, and offer yourself compassion? What would it feel like to stand on steady ground, ready to connect with others from a place of ease and self-acceptance?In this embodied workshop, we invite you to slow down, tune in, and befriend the person you already are, creating a home within yourself. No pressure to improve, no fixing, no striving - just a gentle, playful invitation to notice what makes you you. And you don’t have to do it alone. Self-discovery isn’t a solo journey! It unfolds in connection, through the soft magic of witnessing and being witnessed.
Through playful exercises, reflection, and shared moments of recognition, we’ll explore:
· The joy of discovering your own preferences - how you move, speak, rest, and relate.
· The potential of letting go of outdated protective mechanisms that no longer serve us.
· How seeing others fully be themselves can help you recognize more of you
· The quiet art of being witnessed and the radical kindness of doing the same for othersThis isn’t about changing who you are - it’s about softening into it. Expect warmth, laughter, unexpected aha moments, and a room full of people figuring it out together*.*
For queer folks - those who have realized that society's scripts don't work for them and are forging their own path in this world. Let's learn together <3FAQ.
"I’m new to workshop settings. Will I fit in?"
Absolutely! This workshop is designed for all levels. You can engage at your own pace and only participate in practices that feel comfortable for you.“Do I already need to be in touch with my authenticity to come?”
Not a necessity! This workshop is a space to explore, discover and play with your identity and narrative around yourself, and what that feels like in your body. There’s no need to have all the answers; the focus is on noticing and experimenting."I’m scared I might get triggered or feel vulnerable."
Self-discovery and connection can bring up strong feelings for some, especially if there has been hurt in the past. All practices are optional and guided gently, allowing you to go at your own pace. The workshop will be gently guided with lots of deep breaths and movements of grounding. The hosts are also trauma-informed."Will there be any physical touch or nudity?"
No, this workshop is not focused on sexuality or romantic intimacy.“Am I queer enough to join?”
We define queer as those who reject society’s scripts and are forging their own path instead. If you are breaking the mold and need a little help feeling confident on your new & courageous path, we’re here to hype you up!Tickets

I am a bubbly and radically kind intimacy activist passionate about teaching consent as a revolutionary tool to rebuild society in an equitable and sustainable way. My studies and experiences have inspired a deep obsession with its many beautiful layers. I have fine-tuned the art of creating safety and space in workshops, allowing participants to leave the societal armor at the door. With a talent for simplifying complex theory and a love for wordplay, I blend humor and vulnerability to explore heavy topics. My approach invites connection, fostering both deep emotional engagement and playful exploration in equal measure.
