What we’re about
Hi, I'm Nadine!
My mission is to be a supportive guide for others on their inner revolution towards greater authenticity and a deeper sense of self. I love to create spaces where folks can slow down, develop more capacity and safety to be in their body, slowly taking of their masks and conditioning and step into their authenticity, cultivating a deeper connection with themselves and with others.
Whether you’re shy, outgoing, silent, or bold— or a little bit of everything — a yogi master or a curious beginner into the world of embodiment - this is a space where all of you is welcome!

Ever find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, hiding how you really feel, or pushing past your limits?
You’re not alone. Most of us have patterns like these, and it’s easy to think something’s wrong with us because of them.
But what if those patterns aren’t flaws?
What if they’re just parts of you trying to protect you in the only way they know how?Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, powerful approach that helps you get to know these parts of yourself - not to fix or silence them, but to listen.
When we meet our inner world with curiosity instead of judgment, things begin to shift. The Inner Space is a space to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore your inner world using IFS.
Through meditation, guided journaling and optional sharing you’ll get to:- Understand the roles your parts play—and why they show up the way they do.
- Learn how to relate to yourself and others from a different perspective.
- Practice listening to your inner world instead of fighting it.
- Strengthen connection with Self—who you are in your core.
This gathering is for anyone who wants to learn about their parts in community. You are welcome to join, wherever you are on your IFS journey. Are you completely new to IFS? We recommend watching this 7 minute video to get a basic understanding of the model.
A personal note from Nadine (host):
Internal Family Systems (IFS) has been one of the greatest gifts in my personal healing journey, and it's also one of the core modalities I use with my clients. What I love most about IFS is its non-pathologizing approach—nothing within us is seen as bad or broken. Instead, IFS views each person as a system of protective and wounded inner parts, all guided by a compassionate and capable core Self.
This approach emphasises that you are the primary healer of your own system, which is both empowering and transformative. Personally, IFS has helped me turn shame and trauma into empowerment and leadership—and continues to do so every day.Details
This gathering is donation based.

Hi, I’m Nadine (they/them). I’m a Berlin-based Integrative Coach and Facilitator, deeply passionate about helping people de-pathologize their inner worlds and (re-)connect with their authenticity. My work centers on cultivating radical compassion and curiosity, guiding individuals out of survival mode and into spaces of genuine connection and growth.
As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person who has faced PTSD, domestic abuse, and addiction, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking taboos and transforming shame into strength. I blend vulnerability, humor, and a playful approach to tackle difficult topics, creating a supportive space for deep emotional engagement and transformative growth.More events

Suffering from addiction can feel deeply isolating, lonely, and hopeless. Seeking help is often difficult, and many conventional approaches tend to pathologize and shame, which only deepens the sense of isolation and makes recovery even harder.
We are constantly told to "do it all on our own" in a world that values individuality over real connection. We are pushed further apart—when what we truly need is compassion, connection, and understanding. Healing doesn’t come from being labeled or shamed—it comes from feeling seen, heard, and supported as a whole person, not just your struggles.
Queer Addiction Circle is a space of connection, where we will mindfully approach our experiences with addiction in from a non-pathologizing perspective, cultivating more curiosity and compassion for our inner world. Addiction is automatic and compulsive. With mindfulness and self-awareness we can set the tone for the change we want in our lives.
This is a space where you can just be—no pressure, no performance. A place to be witnessed, to be held, and to show up as your full self. All of you is welcome here. This gathering is not limited to any one form of addiction. All experiences are welcome — whether related to substances, porn, social media, love, or other compulsive patterns.
What to expect:
- Discussion on addiction from an un-shaming perspective.
- Grounding practice; can be gentle meditation, somatic practice or journaling.
- Sharing space: opportunity to share your experience and be a witness for others.
Important!
This is no substitute for therapy, nor is this meant for people in crisis.

Overthinking, pushing past your limits, feeling overwhelmed, hiding your truth, putting others first, questioning your purpose…
Many of us live in these cycles. Add shame and self-criticism, and it’s easy to believe you are the problem—when really, these patterns are parts of you trying to protect in the only way they know how. What if you could meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion instead of shame or judgment? What if, instead of silencing your inner voices, you could listen to them—and discover they have something meaningful to say? What if the parts of you that seem to sabotage or hold you back are actually trying to protect you?
In this experiential workshop, you’ll be introduced to Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a powerful, evidence-based therapeutic approach to inner healing.
IFS offers a radical shift: instead of fixing or silencing your struggles, you begin to listen to them. With curiosity. With compassion. Without shame.
