TOPICS: Each week Spirit guides me to a theme for everyone to benefit. A day or so before I post the specific channeled message which I call the manifesto.

FORMAT: Things work great with 4 parts: topic introduction, check-ins, topic presentation, and meditation. I come prepared with helpful teachings from my spiritual psychology system called Inner Selves Mastery, so I’m flexible for what people need based on the check-ins which are optional and confidential. Folks can say their name, where they’re calling from, and something about how they’re doing in each of the four human bodies: Physical life, Emotional feelings and relationships, Mental thoughts and plans, Spiritual values and inspiration. Success and happiness come with keeping those four bodies healthy and aligned, so we can all relate as we share and shine. Then I read the channeled manifesto and present the main talk. A guided meditation about 15 minutes at the end puts ideas into practice and grounds us for the day.
