
What we’re about
No matter who we are or what we’ve done, most of us are always chasing something. Our minds feel full, as if there’s no space inside us. But inner space isn’t something we can force or create through effort. It doesn’t appear through more thinking, planning, or “trying harder.”
It arises naturally when we stop filling ourselves with noise, goals, and expectations. Inner space begins where our thoughts end. It’s not about doing more—it’s about letting go: letting go of striving, of constant improvement, of the ideas of who we should be.
When we stop demanding and simply allow, the space reveals itself. Life becomes quieter, simpler, and more real. The hardest part is that it requires nothing from us—just the willingness to stop and let everything else fall away.
This meditation meetup will help you quiet down and create the conditions for your inner being to surface. No experience required. Although no language is necessary to meditate, I best express my thoughts in English.
A bit about me: Over the last decade or so, I have developed my own personal practice and approach to meditation. My practice is motivated by 2 key principles : Letting go & Acceptance. I believe I have come to a point where I can share some of my "inner space".
