an Embodied Movement Meditation
Dance Mandala is a guided journey into the body—where movement becomes meditation, expression becomes release, and presence becomes connection.
Rooted in free-form, intuitive dance, this practice invites you to gently arrive in yourself. There is no choreography to follow and nothing to perform. Instead, you are guided through a carefully held arc of music, rhythm, and awareness that supports you to soften the mind and listen to the wisdom of your body.
We move as individuals, yet together—forming a living mandala of shared energy, breath, and intention.
Each session offers space to:
• regulate and nourish the nervous system
• release stored tension and emotion
• reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm
• explore authentic expression without judgment
• experience a sense of belonging and inner spaciousness
Through grounding, activation, expansion, and integration, Dance Mandala becomes a ritual—a returning.
This is a space where you don’t need to be anything other than exactly as you are.

Come as you are. Move as you feel.
