Join us for a relaxed and welcoming session of meditation and contemplation, where we'll connect more deeply with ourselves and each other. This gathering includes a guided journaling exercise designed to support psychedelic integration, though it’s also helpful for anyone reflecting on meaningful life experiences.
We'll explore a structured journaling process rooted in a therapeutic method known as Parts Work, combined with a unique framework I call the Integration Pillars—a set of guiding principles developed through deep work with mushrooms.
Engaging in these practices regularly can help us internalize the insights from our experiences. As many of us know, the old patterns of mind often try to reassert themselves, and it takes conscious effort to nurture the voice of compassion, clarity, and growth we wish to embody.

Flexible schedule of meetup:
- 11:00 AM-11:20 AM: We take some time to all introduce ourselves and chat a bit
- 11:35-11:40: Explanation of the Journaling exercise
- 11:40-12:00PM: We take time to each do our own process of the exercise
- 12:00-12:20: Anyone who chooses to share their process can do so
- 12:20-12:45: Hangout/chat
