Take a break from the busyness of daily life and join us for a nourishing day in the peaceful countryside of Lliria.
This day retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience a more conscious way of living through food, movement, and nature.
We begin with a gentle yoga session to awaken the body and create space to arrive. The heart of the day is a hands-on cooking workshop, where you’ll explore simple, seasonal, macrobiotic-inspired dishes—learning how to prepare food that truly nourishes and supports your energy.
After sharing a mindful meal together, we’ll head out for a relaxed walk in nature, giving you time to integrate, breathe, and reconnect with the natural rhythm around you.
