Oct 8 - Peace After Pain — Support Group
Details
You don’t have to carry difficult things alone.
✨ Please read till the end to receive the video call link. ✨
Maybe something happened months ago — or years ago — and part of you is still carrying it.
A betrayal.
A breakup.
A difficult relationship.
Something unfair.
A loss.
A conflict you keep replaying.
Something you regret.
Or simply a period of life that has left you emotionally exhausted.
Peace After Pain is a free online support group where we come together to talk honestly, listen without judgement, and find practical ways to move forward with more clarity, steadiness and self-trust.
Sometimes simply being able to say what is really going on — in a room where you don’t have to explain yourself or pretend everything is fine — can already make things feel lighter.
And hearing other people’s experiences can remind us that we are not the only ones struggling with anger, sadness, resentment, disappointment, overthinking or difficulty letting go.
## What happens in the group?🌿
There will be space to talk, listen and reflect.
You are welcome to share what you are going through, but you will never be pressured to disclose anything you do not want to share.
We’ll explore the situations we are carrying and look at practical questions such as:
• What am I still holding onto?
• What keeps bringing me back to this situation?
• What is fact — and what has my mind added to the story?
• What can I control, and what can I stop fighting?
• What would taking care of myself actually look like right now?
• How can I find some peace even when the situation itself cannot be changed?
Depending on what comes up in the group, I may also introduce simple Peace Rebel tools for grounding, overthinking, emotional regulation, boundaries and separating what happened from the story we continue carrying around it.
This is not about telling you to “just let it go.”
You don’t have to forgive before you’re ready.
You don’t have to pretend something didn’t hurt.
You don’t have to convince yourself that what happened was okay.
The aim is simply to help you carry it differently — and perhaps leave feeling a little lighter, clearer and more empowered than when you arrived. ✨
## A group built on shared experience
One of the most powerful things about a support group is discovering that other people understand feelings you thought were yours alone.
We can learn from one another.
Sometimes someone else puts words to something you have been struggling to understand yourself. Sometimes hearing how another person dealt with a similar experience opens up a completely different perspective.
And sometimes what helps most is simply being heard.
We are not here to fix one another.
We are here to listen, encourage, reflect and grow together. 🤝
## If this is your first support group
Feeling nervous about joining is completely normal.
You may wonder whether your problem is “serious enough,” whether you will know what to say, or whether you will be expected to share something deeply personal.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
Come as you are.
You can speak when you feel comfortable, and you can also simply listen at first.
My intention is to create a warm, respectful space where people can lower their guard a little and be human together.
## Group agreements
Because people may share personal experiences, everyone joining agrees to:
• Treat one another with kindness and respect
• Listen without judgement or criticism
• Avoid giving unsolicited advice or telling someone what they “should” do
• Respect different experiences and perspectives
• Keep what other members share completely confidential
• Participate from a private space where other people cannot overhear the conversation

### A gentle note
Peace After Pain is a peer support and reflection space, guided through The Peace Rebel approach.
I’ll bring practical tools, thoughtful questions and structure to the conversation, while the group itself is built around shared experience, listening and learning from one another.
This is not a therapy session, but it can be a supportive place to pause, talk honestly, gain perspective and explore what may help you move forward with a little more clarity and peace. 🤍
Peace isn’t something we wait to feel. It’s something we learn to build. 🕊️
Looking forward to meeting you.
