Hello Jammers,

Led Zeppelin are one of the best-selling music artists of all time; their total record sales are estimated to be between 200 to 300 million units worldwide. They achieved eight consecutive UK number-one albums and six number-one albums on the US Billboard 200, with five of their albums certified Diamond in the US. Rolling Stone magazine described them as "the heaviest band of all time", "the biggest band of the Seventies", and "unquestionably one of the most enduring bands in rock history". They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995; the museum's biography of the band states that they were "as influential" during the 1970s as the Beatles were during the 1960's.

So far the following songs (all in original score or key change noted) have been nominated if you want to learn them and be ready to play or sing them on the night:

  2. Anything to replenish yourself, snacks, bottled water etc-there is a general convenience store a few shops down from us.
  3. Due to the size of the studio there will be a maximum capacity of between 7 players in the studio at any one time depending on instruments involved.
  4. Though we like to have a bit of a structured approach with pre-learning some songs from a song list before we meet up this is not a hard and fast rule as you can join in and improvise/jam your way through some tunes.
  5. Though the studio is soundproofed to an extent,we are surrounded by residential strata living communit and we have to respect noise levels in and around the studio.
  6. This is an alcohol and drug free event/meetup so if you intend to bring either this group is not for you.
