## Discussion Themes:
- Why do we Fear Death?: When a person dear to us passes on, it leaves a void to varying degrees, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Through the company of our family and friends, we experience a personified version of that consciousness that fills us all. More than the physical presence, it’s the expression of that consciousness, the soul in us and them, that we sorely miss when our loved ones depart. We also fear the great transition, that parting from all that we know and love when Death approaches. But many leave this world peacefully, and some who’ve glimpsed the other side assure us that a deep, restful peace awaits us.
- 8 Ways to Heal Your Soul after Loss: Grieving is a natural and necessary process, a ‘zigzag journey’ requiring introspection and care. There are aids to help smoothen the grieving process, like learning to ‘relax in the midst of chaos,’ of understanding ‘you are not alone in feeling grief’, through being gentle and patient with yourself.
- Consciousness = Life: To be spiritually aware is to be increasingly attuned to the subtler dimensions of our external and internal worlds, to the ‘pure vibrations of consciousness’.
- Only One Consciousness: ‘If we dive into ourselves truly, we will see the ‘I’ as awareness which is only one. It is manifesting through different bodies and minds. Thus, you are nothing but me in another form. That is the perception of Truth as it is. There are actually no ‘borders’ and no ‘others’.
