## Discussion Themes:
- Peeking into the Mind: We explore the mind's levels of consciousness and how all our perceptions and thoughts create a storehouse of impressions and memories, some stored deep, "like an inaccessible dark chamber." They affect who we are and how we act and react.
- Anatomy of a Thought: As explained by Yoga Psychology, a thought has three portions: idea, emotion and vital energy. All thoughts create a modification in the mind, for better or worse. Meditation helps us track these arising thoughts and emotions, heading off troublesome ones and cultivating helpful ones.
