  • Emotional Intelligence: 'Emotion is meant to ennoble life, lift human life to a higher level. Through the power of emotion, one can become godly or demonic. How we handle our emotions will determine the course of our life.'
  • Five FACTORS of Happiness: We’re exploring psychologist Martin Seligman’s PERMA model: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning & Accomplishment.
  • Four LEVELS of Happiness: Based on the PERMA model, we can evolve from the pleasure-maximising of Immediate Gratification and the Promotion of Self to the level of Contributive Good, the state of service-mindedness, finally, leading us to the level of Ultimate Good..’
