### Mental Health Walks for Women
Every 2 weeks | Meet at Boxi (outside the café) | Departure at 9:00am sharp
These walks are for the women who wake up heavy.
The ones who want to get outside but just... can’t do it alone.
The ones who feel stuck in their heads, tired of pretending everything’s fine, or simply need a space to breathe and be themselves with no pressure, no fixing, no small talk unless it feels right.
We meet outside the café at Boxhagener Platz and begin walking together at 9:00am sharp, heading toward Stadtpark Lichtenberg and wandering through Friedrichshain. Expect gentle movement, real conversation (or comfortable silence), and connection with women who get it.
### This walk is for you if:
- You’re feeling lonely or emotionally overwhelmed
- You find it hard to get out of the house on your own
- You want a grounded space where you don’t have to perform
- You’re craving movement, support, and connection without pressure
You don’t need to explain your story. You just need to come.
No fitness level required.
Just bring yourself, water or morning coffee, and comfy shoes.
