Join certified yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Michelle Spink for a small-group, transformative journey combining breathwork and cold exposure in a safe and supportive environment.
This event is kept to a small group so that each participant receives dedicated support and hands-on guidance throughout the experience. Whether this is your first plunge or you’re already a seasoned cold immersion practitioner, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Together, we’ll strengthen the nervous system, reconnect with the body and breath, and build resilience to move through life’s changes with more calm, authenticity, and freedom.
### 🌊 This event includes:
- Guided breathwork to boost energy, clarity, and focus
- Embodiment practices to deepen your mind-body connection
- Safe ice bath immersion with one-on-one support
- Mindset techniques for navigating change and pushing past limits
- Science-backed tools for stress reduction, immunity, and resilience
### 🌀 What to Expect:
- Learn (~30 mins): Explore the science of breathwork and cold immersion, and how they support emotional resilience, clarity, and focus.
- Breathwork (~1 hr): Guided movement and breathwork to prepare your body and mind for the cold plunge.
- Cold Plunge (~30 mins): With hands-on assistance and individualized guidance, each participant will safely step into the ice bath and experience their own breakthrough.
- Warm-Up & Closing (~45 mins): Reconnect over tea, share insights, and leave with renewed energy and clarity.
### 🧘 What to Bring:
- Bathing suit & towel
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Eye mask (optional for breathwork)
- Blanket (optional for comfort)
- Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in
### 📍Location:
The event is held at Michelle's private residence's breathwork and cold immersion space, located in Elbow Valley West. Ample parking is available.
### 🌿About Michelle:
Michelle Spink is a certified Lightforce Facilitator, yoga teacher, and breathwork guide. She trained directly with Jeff Sorensen, founder of BreathArmy, who draws from over 20 years of facilitation experience and teachings passed on from some of the world's leading experts in the field, including Wim Hof and Bryan Mackenzie. Bringing together breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and cold immersion, Michelle supports individuals in repatterning stress responses, deepening body connection, and cultivating resilience, ease, and love.
Before stepping into this work, Michelle spent 17 years in corporate leadership and graduated cum laude from the University of Western Ontario’s MBA program. She knows firsthand the toll that stress and nervous system dysregulation can take—and also the journey back home to the self through breath, somatic practice, and nervous system regulation.
With her focus rooted in mindfulness and embodiment, Michelle creates a safe and supportive space where transformation and integration naturally unfold.
### ⚠️ Safety & Contraindications:
This practice is for those 18+.
Breathwork and cold exposure are not suitable for individuals with:
- Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure)
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Pregnancy
