Class is suitable for all ages. If you have any experience with Tai Chi or Chen Tai Chi, you can explore not only movements, but also the principles in more detail. Bring your indoor shoes or non-slip socks.

What is Chen Tai Chi?
Chen Tai Chi is the oldest and original Style of Taijiquan with deep knowledge of inner Tai Chi principles, which leads you to move your body as one harmonious unit, balance you to the center, and strengthen your Core and mind. It is not a quick, instant exercise, but rather a long-term exercise with benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.
During the class, we do Tai Chi stretching, prepare exercises, do short Qi Gong, and practice the movements of the Chen Tai Chi 18 form.
