This Inner Flow Qi Gong class is a gentle, meditative movement practice focused on cultivating inner Qi flow, presence, and soft strength. Through slow, conscious movements and guided inner awareness, we create space for energy to circulate freely and for the body and mind to harmonize.
You don't need any prior experience, whether you are new to Qi Gong or deepening an ongoing practice. Wear comfortable, relaxed-fitting clothing. Bring indoor flat-soled shoes or non-slip socks.
Instructor, Adela, is a Chen Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with a background in traditional internal movement practices and mindful coaching. Her teaching emphasizes presence, softness, and cultivating awareness from within, creating a supportive and welcoming space for your harmonizing and growth.
