A 2-hour session to an 8-week Vedanta and Yoga course exploring clarity, calm, and self-understanding. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and guided self-inquiry, you’ll learn practical tools to quiet the mind and connect with a deeper sense of awareness.

Time: 6:00–8:00 PM
