Before the retreat even begins, take a moment to relax with Sunim and connect over breakfast at The Shore (2793 Beacon Blvd, Jordan Station) — a tranquil lakeside café with stunning panoramic views of Lake Ontario.
Arrive anytime between 9:30 and 10:00 AM to enjoy a peaceful breakfast before heading to the Niagara Zen Centre in Welland for our noon start time.

If you're traveling from Brampton, Burlington, or Hamilton, The Shore is conveniently located just off the highway — a perfect stop along the way.

After the retreat at 5 PM, join us for an optional dinner at Mango Tree Eatery.

### Retreat Details

  • Arrive by noon on Saturday, or join us for breakfast by the lake between 9:30 – 10:00 AM.
  • Enjoy a full day of practice, followed by dinner at Mango Tree Eatery (included).

### Retreat Investment

  • Early Bird (paid 10 days before retreat): $135.00 total
  • Regular (within 10 days): $145.00 total
    (Breakfast at The Shore is optional and not included in the retreat fee.)
