Four attunements will be given
One on Friday, One on Saturday and Two on Sunday.
A Level 1 Reiki manual is included as well as a certificate of completion

Investment is $150.00 payable in cash or by Zelle only.

Save $25 each, by bringing a friend or family member. Please contact me in advance to make this happen.

I will continue to support your Reiki growth and questions and this also entitles you to attend future level 1 classes free of charge.

Qigong San Jose Practice and Instruction consists of the following

Our typical agenda starts with Spring Forest Qigong movements followed by a group meditation / energy balance , then harvesting of Qi (chee)...

The focus will be on Spring Forest Qigong.

The Spring Forest Qigong movements are soft and gentle and can be done standing, seated, or lying down. The meditations are guided and easy to follow, even if you have never done meditation before.

We will meet promptly every Tuesday at 6:30pm - 8:00pm unless it falls on a major holiday.
There is no fee for this event, however we do have a cash donation Vase...
