The focus is not on perfect technique, but on emotional clarity, gentleness, and connection. Together, we'll paint our own hearts, transforming our unique personalities and current emotions into symbolic works of art.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Reflect & Journal: ✍️ We'll begin with a series of gentle journaling prompts to help you reflect on your emotions and current self
- Identify Your Symbols: ✨ You'll identify personal symbols that represent what your heart is carrying right now
- Create Your Heart Portrait: 🎨 Pallavi will guide you on how to combine these symbols to create your own unique heart painting
- Share & Connect: 🫂 We will share our work with others in a safe, non-judgmental space, fostering a sense of community
