** Our meeting is a social affair, starting with a coffee if you are early, then a structured discussion on the topic of the day made up of whole group and small group discussion so you can connect with other members.

In the hustle of everyday life, stress is something we all face—and figuring out how to manage it can sometimes feel just as overwhelming.
Join us for a relaxed and supportive session where you can:
- Discover practical techniques to reduce stress
- Share your own experiences
- Learn helpful tips and tricks from others.
By the end of the session, you'll walk away with simple, effective tools to help you stay calm, ease tension, and quiet the mind.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a pillow or towel for floor exercise as well as a pen and notebook for activity.

We meet at the Paddington hall which is a short walk from Milton Station or there should be free on-street parking out the front of the hall or on surrounding streets such as Chrystal Street :)

Arrive early and have a coffee with the other members or feel free to stay back afterwards but be ready and seated for a 10am start.

The structured part will go for about an hour with a mix of whole group and small group discussion around the topic of the day. You can expect there to be around 20 others attending (not all RSVP through meetup), most are regulars and some will be new like yourself.

This is not a business and there will be no canvassing of products or services.
