intuition & decision - a sunday experience

Left and right brain business

Rational intelligence can develop and guide a system, project, company, etc. up to a certain point, yet, inevitably, it falls short.

It gets stuck in constructs, in models and archetypes that help us simplify things in the short term. Yet, it fails to reach optimal, long-term decisions because it lacks the creativity and flexibility to do so.

Its analytical processes are fundamentally geared towards the past. They are ineffective, too slow and not goal-oriented. By the time a disruption occurs, rational intelligence is already at the end of its rope. The greater the complexity and degree of uncertainty, the lower the chances of finding the right solution through rational intelligence.

It makes sense too: If all solutions were made rationally, we would only need one half of our brain, but we have two.

Our brain has two sides that are connected by a bridge.
Healthy, successful systems also use both sides.

The left half of our brain represents logical, linear qualities. Our right brain is home to our intuitive intelligence.

By applying both sides of the brain, decision-making becomes easier, clearer and, above all, more visionary.

For 20 years, Uwe Albrecht has developed innerwise, a set of intuitive tools for analysis and therapy that has been proven effective and learnable for people and systems around the world.

The analysis is impressive in its efficiency and clarity. It enables you to perform a holistic analysis (taking the whole system into consideration) of any project within a short period of time.
The therapy is impressive for its precision and fast effect.
The business application from innerwise is The Pathfinder.

Allyn Reid has years of experience in the business world and uses innerwise to uncover possibilities and limitations.
Discover, explore and integrate intuitive tools for system analysis, system therapy and system management.

Salon topics:
• Biofeedback systems for making decisions
• Empathy and intuition meet rational thought
• Mapping makes uncleared issues of the past visible
• Using the Imago technique to systematically analyze factors at work
• Early warning system and parameters for analyzing essential factors
• Tests for precisely tracking down disruptions
