We live in a time of disruptive change. How to activate our capacity to lean into the emerging future may well be the most important leadership challenge of our time. How do you cultivate curiosity, compassion and courage in the face of prejudice, anger and fear?

This seven-week on-line course (https://www.edx.org/course/u-lab-leading-emerging-future-mitx-15-671-1x)of Otto Scharmer, Senior Lecturer of Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT), starts on 8 September is an introduction to a method called Theory U (https://www.presencing.com/theoryu), developed at MIT, for leading such change in business, government and civil society contexts worldwide.

Participants of this course will co-pioneer new approaches to today’s most important social and environmental challenges using a method of awareness based systems change.

This innovative course also aims to create online and offline self-coaching circles and co-creative communities (hubs) around the world among its participants.

With this virtual meetup, we will co-create U.Lab InnoMate which will be an online international network to connect the members of the InnoMate Entrepreneurship and Innovation Meetup Groups in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir, Adana, Brussels, Luxembourg and Milan who will follow the U.Lab edX Course.
