“Don’t Be Prey” is a documentary film that follows Mark’s 10 year journey through one of the most gruelling physical and mental challenges on the planet – the Oceans Seven – the English Channel (UK), Molokai Channel (Hawaii), Catalina Channel (USA), Gibraltar Strait (Europe), North Channel Ireland), Cook Strait (NZ) and Tsugaru Strait (Japan).
Set to be released in early 2026, the film is a powerful and emotional insight into personal trauma, grit and determination, and the power of purpose.
Before heading overseas to promote Don’t Be Prey, Mark will join the Innovate Moreton bay Community for an unforgettable afternoon of raw insight and inspiration.
