Due to the overwhelming need for public sector digital transformation and the need for government agencies to provide exceptional services with greatly reduced budgets, we thought it was important to present an operating model that would promote public sector sustainability.
While there has been a great deal of theoretical discussion around this, there haven't been many details provided on how to practically start this journey.
