She serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Northwestern Mutual, a Fortune 100 life insurance and financial services firm, where she has played a pivotal role in guiding the company through a digital transformation. Corrie leads a dynamic team responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to advance the company's strategic goals.

Her expertise extends beyond traditional talent acquisition practices; Corrie is adept at leveraging data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive recruitment process.
