Jen García is the founder of Ingrained.ai, an AI tools learning ecosystem that empowers professionals, educators, and social impact leaders to integrate AI into their work while sharpening cognitive and communication skills. She also serves as AI Strategy and Partnerships Lead at Caltech Center for Technology and Management Education and as AI Executive in Residence at the Goldhirsh Foundation.
With 20 years of teaching and workforce development experience, Jen has designed AI literacy programs for hundreds of organizations—from small businesses and public sector teams to cultural institutions and K–12 schools.
