🎤Zdravka Dzhaleva, Engineering Manager
Her career journey began in a completely different field - building construction and facilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from UACEG and initially worked briefly in the construction industry. After a complete career transformation, she transitioned into software engineering. Her years of experience as a software engineer, combined with a second Master’s degree in IT Project Management, led her to her current role as an Engineering Manager. Today, her professional interests focus on team development, product design, and refining product requirements, strongly emphasizing quality and operational efficiency. In her free time, Zdravka teaches Latin dance and loves to travel.
