TOBIAS ist auf Marken spezialisierter Rechtsanwalt. Tobias gibt Euch eine Einführung zum Schutz von MARKEN.

This meetup addresses FOUNDERS and founders to be. Tobias and Benjamin will introduce you to instruments available to your startup to protect your business and innovative features that differentiate your planned product from legacy products. In particular, you'll learn about protection by patent and trademark.

Tobias will give you a brief overview of the protection conferred by trademarks as well as the dos and don'ts when applying for trademarks.

Benjamin will give you an intro to the protection by patent in general and, in particular, to the protection of software-implemented inventions.
