We regularly host networking events for young professionals across all industries, which include live performances, free food and drinks, guest panel talks from leaders in the business and arts sectors, and special behind-the-scenes looks.

Future Leaders: Behind the Curtain
The Gaiety Theatre, King St S, Dublin 2, Ireland, Dublin 2, D, IEOn 7 October, INO’s Future Leaders Network , our dedicated initiative for young professionals across all sectors, comes together for an evening dedicated to creativity and openness in your professional journey. Join us hear from an expert guest panel on building unique skills and setting yourself apart in an increasingly competitive job market, as well as reflect on building your own brand.
Future Leaders Network: Behind the Curtain is an evening merging the modern and historic - with a twist! Get excited for our upcoming production of Carmen by hearing acclaimed Irish mezzo-soprano Niamh O’Sullivan in a special live performance, as well as get a highly exclusive opportunity to witness the behind-the-scenes rehearsal process of our new opera Testament in the historic setting of Dublin's Gaiety Theatre, with special insights from the opera's composer Tarik O'Regan and director Rachael Hewer. If you’ve ever wondered what goes on during the final preparations of a production, this is your chance to find out.
