Join us for a FREE online beginner self-compassion workshop on January 28, 2026.
This gentle, introductory session is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with kindness toward yourself. Together, we’ll explore simple, practical self-compassion practices that can help reduce stress, increase self-kindness, and build everyday resilience.
You’ll leave with tools you can start using right away, a sense of connection, and guidance in a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
This workshop is also a teaser for our upcoming monthly self-compassion group starting in February, offering a chance to experience the approach and see if it’s right for you.
