The 40+ DMV Cooking & Dinner Club
Founded by Chinglan, a passionate traveler and home cook, the club meets monthly for events like Greek Night, Sunday Brunch, or French Bistro dinners. Each gathering is hosted by a member and built around a shared meal—every guest contributes a homemade dish that fits the theme.

For May, I’ll be hosting a hand-ripped noodle dinner—biáng biáng miàn—featuring wide, chewy noodles known for their bold flavors and satisfying texture. I’ll prepare the dough and a cumin lamb sauce. Guests are welcome to try making their own noodles on-site or simply enjoy the finished dish.
To keep things cohesive, guests are invited to choose one of the following homemade dishes to contribute:- Sauce: Noodles Sauce Mix

Tomato Egg Stir Fry - Dessert: Red Bean Rice Cake
