Come meet up! Our sangha — a warm, inclusive community for meditation, Dharma learning, and spiritual connection. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, you’re welcome here. Our lineage is Vipassana, which is a Buddhist teaching on mindfulness.

Eve Decker— Mentor for Community Dharma Leaders with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and Family Program teacher at Spirit Rock; Metta and self-compassion teacher; Dharma musician evedeckermusic.com
