Meditate Together: Mindfulness, Buddhist Teachings & Connection
Hosted by the Berkeley Insight Meditation Community

Looking for a friendly space to deepen mindfulness, compassion, and community?

Come meet up! Our sangha — a warm, inclusive community for meditation, Dharma learning, and spiritual connection. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, you’re welcome here. Our lineage is Vipassana, which is a Buddhist teaching on mindfulness.

Guided by Our Co-Teachers:

James Baraz— Founding teacher of Spirit Rock Meditation Center, author of Awakening Joy and leader of One Earth Sangha.

Eve Decker— Mentor for Community Dharma Leaders with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and Family Program teacher at Spirit Rock; Metta and self-compassion teacher; Dharma musician evedeckermusic.com
