Come join us when we meet for a community-led sit from 2:00- 3:00PM every Saturday afternoon to practice meditation in the Buddhist tradition. Our meditation style is 'Vipassana' which is also known as Mindfulness Meditation.

We start by taking a little time to chat and socialize a bit, then have a reading followed by a silent 35-minute sit.

We usually have 5 to 10 meditators attending. Most of our participants do not RSVP on Meetup but we appreciate it when you do.
