GENERAL INFO:
Saturday 26th June, Farzan and I will be hosting a full-day IN-PERSON Happiness Workshop (from 10:00-17:30).

This day will be devoted to learning and experiencing how to live a happy and fulfilling life, taking an all-inclusive approach, meaning that we can also find happiness while navigating through the messy and uncomfortable aspects of life.

The core theme of this mini retreat is to initiate “a search inside yourself”. This is the primary step towards getting to know- and establishing a relationship with yourself, and exploring your emotional awareness.

It consists of a blend between an interactive workshop during which we'll share theory + matching experiential exercises and practices such as hatha-yin yoga, breathwork (Wim Hof), journaling and guided-meditation and visualisation.

It's an invitation to face the underlying facets of you and self-explore.

The workshop will address the topic of “happiness” through 3 pillars;
1- Mindfulness
2- Emotional intelligence
3- The latest findings in Neuroscience

We will discuss important questions as:

“WHY do we do what we do?“

“HOW can we manage our emotions and thoughts?“

“WHAT practices have proven to enhance our experience of living a happy and fulfilling life?“

The theoretical part will be accompanied with a variety of interactive exercises, so you will be able to apply it directly into your life.

We will translate the understanding of the science behind happiness understood by the mind into experiencing it through the body.

That's where the shift happens: Going from concept to experience, which allows us to understand what lies in our sub-consciousness. A process that enhances our emotional intelligence and overal self-awareness.

This permits us to consciously (re)design and create our own life, instead of stagnating and being caught up in our old habitual patterns.

• Breathing exercises (calming and energising incl. Wim Hof)
• Interactive workshop
• Guided-meditation and visualisation

We do not want to go in too much depth of the program as we want to keep it a surprise for you!

Moreover, we do believe that experiential learning is the best way to infuse into the depth of getting to know yourself as changing your life & reality requires practice more than knowledge.
